Summary
The Business Development Manager drives strategic growth initiatives for Epstein Becker Green's Litigation & Business Disputes practice. Working directly with practice leadership and attorneys, this role activates business development plans, manages client pitches and proposals, and oversees marketing initiatives. The position involves cross-practice collaboration to capture opportunities in emerging areas such as artificial intelligence, privacy and cybersecurity, data asset management, and white-collar investigations. As the primary liaison between the practice group and Marketing Department, the manager coordinates with business development, communications, events, and business intelligence teams to deliver exceptional client service aligned with strategic objectives.

The expected salary range for this position ranges from $150,000-$178,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, licensure or certification obtained. Market and Firm factors are also considered. In addition to the base salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
