Summary:
The Legal Assistant supports attorneys in delivering the highest level of service to internal and external clients. As a contributing team member, this role proactively balances multiple work demands, takes ownership of the quality and timeliness of work product, and upholds strict confidentiality of client and Firm information. The ideal candidate maintains a professional demeanor and focus while remaining flexible to provide assistance in various critical areas throughout the Firm. This is hybrid role with the expectation of regular in-office presence and additional onsite flexibility as required based on business priorities.

The expected salary range for this position ranges from $95,000-$105,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, licensure or certification obtained. Market and Firm factors are also considered. In addition to the base salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
